How you can contribute:
- Drive sales of HydroMet hardware and software solutions across France and French-speaking countries
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand into new and established market segments
- Take ownership of business development through on-site customer visits and proactive lead generation
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts through long-term partnership strategies
- Provide voice-of-customer insights (VOC) to guide product and marketing initiatives
- Represent KISTERS at trade shows, industry conferences, and webinars
- Maintain accurate sales data through disciplined use of CRM systems for transparent reporting
- Compare sales efforts to expected outcomes and manage time efficiently across projects
Your Profile:
- A Master’s degree in Hydrology, Meteorology, Civil or Environmental Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in the HydroMet sector, ideally with a focus on environmental instrumentation, monitoring technologies, and data analysis
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing the full sales cycle independently
- Experience working within public-sector or environmental tendering processes
- A strong professional network within the environmental and HydroMet industry
- A team player mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Native-level fluency in French and excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in MS Office and experienced with CRM/ERP systems
- Willingness to travel up to 60%
