How you can contribute:

• Coordinate and manage multiple parallel development projects, including cost and capacity planning and milestone tracking
• Translate requirements into clear user stories and maintain a well-structured backlog covering new features, technical debt, and maintenance
• Prepare and deliver regular status reports, including risk identification and mitigation
• Track and analyze key R&D KPIs (e.g., delivery velocity, defect rates, CI stability) and support continuous delivery improvements
• Ensure operational readiness of releases, including documentation, monitoring handover, and coordination of hypercare phases

Your Profile:

• Several years of experience in technical project management, delivery management, or product ownership in embedded or software development
• Strong understanding of embedded system lifecycles with HW/SW dependencies
• Experience with agile and hybrid delivery methods and writing high-quality user stories
• Solid skills in effort/cost modelling and KPI-driven project steering
• Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
• Pragmatic, structured, collaborative mindset
• Fluent in German and English
• Experience with team management is a plus
