How you can contribute:
- As an ERP & Back-Office Specialist (f/m/d), you will take full ownership of our ERP system (Microsoft Business Central) across all commercial processes.
- Creating, reviewing and following up on quotations in close coordination with our sales managers will be a key part of your role.
- Ensuring a structured, efficient and transparent quotation and order process within the ERP system will be one of your main responsibilities.
- You will handle accurate and timely invoicing, continuously maintain service contracts and keep track of all related billing processes.
- Close collaboration with our headquarters, combined with a high degree of autonomy and creative freedom, will shape your day-to-day work in our dynamic team.
- Acting as the key point of contact for financial matters and intercompany transactions, you will serve as the liaison between our finance team in Germany and our auditor in Spain.
Your Profile:
- Previous experience working with Microsoft Business Central
- A solid understanding of financial processes, invoicing and reporting
- Strong communication skills in English are essential
- A structured and organised way of working, combined with good coordination skills
- Flexibility and a willingness to take on cross-functional administrative responsibilities
