The BIBER impulse converter allows automatic recording of measured values with any hydrometric current meter providing switching impulses at their outputs.

The impulse converter converts the current meter impulses into V24 signals which are then available for flow measurement with BIBER.

Manual impulse acquisition is no longer necessary. The adapter can either be plugged directly on a 25-pole plug of the serial PC interface or - by means of an additional adapter supplied - on the 9-pole plug usually existing at notebooks.

The connecting cables to the current meter are connected via two banana plugs. The computer or the additionally supplied notebook adapter are connected via the conventional 25-pole SUB-D-plug.

Power supply via the serial computer interface. Dimensions of the impulse converter: 80 x 55 x 20 mm.

The additional notebook adapter has an RS 232 adapter cable with a 9-pole jack on 25-pole plugs and a length of 30 mm.
