Energy Data Management (EDM) assumes responsibility for real value recording (import of network operator messages), customer segmentation, forecasting and bid proposal tasks. The quantities to be procured are made available to the BelVis Portfolio Management (PFM) system in the form of forecasts (feed-out transactions).

The EDM module is the basic configuration. The business process of vendor switch management is supported by the VSM module in respect of the tasks falling to the supplier. The COM module handles communication with the market partners. Sales can grant its customers direct access to their consumption data online by means of the WEB module. The PRO module can be used to generate the sales forecasts, strictly separated by balance areas (bottom-up or top-down). The PRICE quotation wizard is used for pricing load profiles. Further functions are available in this module and in the Energy Data Management for bid proposal management, breakeven analysis and statement preprocessing.
