BelVis AnKa-fix Professional
Three additional modules extend BelVis AnKa-fix to a professional tool for customer value management:
BelVis AnKa-fix Trade automatically determines energy prices for individual customers based on load profiles and Price Forward Curves and provides comparison calculations for different reference scenarios. Procurement integrals are determined by customer group, segment, network level and probability. BelVis AnKa-fix Trade makes energy procurement prices available on a per customer, load profile and date (with full history) basis in the calculations.
BelVis AnKa-fix Group, with its customer grouping extensions, facilitates e.g. the combination of customers over several levels with calculations on every level. Amounts of coverage are visible by group, subgroup or extraction point, and different customer views are supported.
BelVis AnKa-fix Scale extends the possibilities for creation and scaling of PFCs.
BelVis AnKa-fix Analysis and Information package
With this extension package you easily manage additional information on customers and extraction points, e.g. contract information, contact information and customer statuses, and keep the current state of the electricity enterprise on hand at all times. Sales forecasts and statistical data round off the package. Flexible database evaluations are the basis for success monitoring and performance-based profit sharing.
BelVis AnKa-fix Non-PM package
The BelVis AnKa-fix Non-PM package is responsible for calculations for non-PM customers and tariffs. The energy delivery is classified according to actual user data. The planning and scenario calculations, stress tests and ex-ante/ex-post views facilitate comprehensive analyses, such as the effect on the own company of customer change processes to and from competitors. The BelVis AnKa-fix Non-PM package is the foundation for calculations not based on time series.
Further components
BelVis AnKa-fix Forecast extends forecasts based on BelVis EDM and BelVis PRO with, for example, spectral analyses with extremely high forecast quality and 3D comparisons of load profiles and forecasts.
BelVis AnKa-fix Value allows you to calculate the actual monetary value of your customers. This includes e.g. valuation of hard and soft factors, determination of customer lifetime values and display of value potentials and break even point determination. The qualitative evaluation of the change risk is also useful. BelVis AnKa-fix Value allows you to make the right decisions when it comes to winning new customers and customer win-back.
