IT support worthy of its name - a claim translated into everyday practical application by the wizards, tools and workflow tools of BelVis EDM GAS. They guide natural gas distribution system operators and shipping customers through the complexity of major business processes. They also lighten the load when it comes to allocation, overtake / undertake amount and charge calculation. BelVis GAS wizards offer support right back at the meter installation stage where specific legislation determines the physical regularities of the measuring systems.
Shipping inquiries, including informal preliminary inquiries, are checked for compatibility with the technical and organizational framework by way of a largely automated inspection process. In the event of a positive outcome they lead automatically to a contractual relationship. The relationship between entry, exit, shipping customer and network operator is then established interactively in the shipping contract.
Processing nominations. Equally optimized in terms of workflow are the nominations, the agreement on the scheduled entry and exit volumes between shipping customers and network operators: receipt and checking of the factual and technical accuracy again benefit from the automation facilities featured in BelVis EDM GAS.
The gas volumes at entry and exit points are ultimately divided among the various shipping customers by the network operator on the basis of the nominations. This allocation follows the specified procedures (proportional, declaratory). The allocation is taken as a basis for the balance adjustment and the calculation of the network access charges for the shipping customers.
Finally the calculation of the difference set (overtake / undertake calculation). This is based on the consumption of the non-time-based customers, ascertained by the regular meter reading and apportioned to days on the basis of the standard load profiles.
