TRANSEC is divided into three function levels: search for the material, information about material and information about transport. This is the basis for user-specific solutions like TRANSEC-Check for supervisory authorities and TRANSEC-Data for industries.

The control of dangerous goods directly at the vehicle by police officers and inspectors of factories requires a fast access to reliable information about the special regulations. TRANSEC-Check supports such controls. When entering key data from the transport papers into the program, the officer is immediately informed about faulty entries or goods the classification of which in the transport papers is not correct. The system gives automatically all information about the relevant statutory provisions.
TRANSEC-Check
provides various checklists that contain all specific features for the goods such as quantity, flash point and material dependence. You can select a full text version or a brief text version, depending on the details required. Existing differences between the requirements included in the checklist and the actual transport condition can be entered locally into the system. TRANSEC-Check then creates the chain of infringements regarding all regulations concerned. The system quickly provides information the procurement of which would otherwise take a lot of time.
